When I started to train with GeneVieve I wasn’t obese, or severely out of shape, but definitely had a little weight to lose and quite a bit of firming up to do as well as work on endurance. However, I didn’t believe that a trainer would really be able to help me, as I felt I knew what I needed to do and that I just needed to be more accountable to myself for consistency. Day to day stress, busy lifestyle etc, caused poor sleep and in turn, would make me feel like not exercising. Finally, I began working with GeneVieve about 9 months ago. Over the course of time I have become leaner, stronger and with her expert advice have been able to build better sleep habits and eating habits while sticking to them through her suggestion of using certain apps that help hold you accountable for the food you eat, not to mention explain how to properly use them too. She also took the time to explain how stress and lack of sleep was hindering my success in reaching my goals.
